It is obvious that you are having some issues and looks like your site supervisor doesn't have things under control. I actually spoke to our Regional Manager today who is going to help things with our build after some concerns over theast few weeks. Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 4130Feb 09, 2017 9:25 am Def call your ss and get them to fix it asap. Your insulation and plaster will get wet when it rains again. It's going to rain apparently on saturday night and if you have evidence that your plaster or ceiling is getting wet, you can ask them to replace the insulation, etc. We met with our ss this morning and he's going to try to get everything fixed in 2 weeks and if we're happy then he'll plaster. We're delaying our build but at least it'll be done properly Building with Dennis Family Homes Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 4131Feb 12, 2017 10:02 am Does anyone have this sort of brickwork above their doors or windows? It doesn't look right to me Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Building with Dennis Family Homes Re: LYNDARUM/AURORA/SUMMERHILL ESTATES: Epping, Victoria 4132Feb 12, 2017 10:14 am Internal corner and brickwork above door looks faulty workmanship to me too. Also, on the left there is the articulation joint above the door, that articulation joint needs to extend down the side of the door frame as well and gap have a rubber seal in the gap. The frame appears to me to be hard up against the brickwork. Wrong if it is like that. The articulation joint needs to extend from top to bottom of brickwork.
