some interesting changes made from the original design melq I like the ensuite. I like the windows at the front of the house gives a nice look to it. Not so sure about the sizing of home theatre windows though.
I know ... We did look at taking the large window out .... But decided against it ... I can't actually remember why now but it must have been a good reason ....

Hey fellow Brabham-ers! I am building in Whiteman Edge. So sorry to see that you guys have had delays with your titles. You should call up Landgate and ask them about titles, they will probably give you a more honest answer than the developer as they can check the progress of individual blocks. Worth a try!

Hi Franny - thanks for the idea. I gave them a call this morning guys (couldnt wait)
News is - the application is still with the dept. of planning. once landgate receive it they will be able to process it for titles and this can take around 2-3 working days but I was advised they do have a bit of a backlog of work...
Grrr!!
They weren't able to give me any info until i gave them a deposited plan number - did a bit of a search and found it on the PDF sent thru on the 27th of april. it is 73738 for anyone that wishes to contact landgate regarding any updates. Hope this helps although the news is really sucky
edit: landgate also gave me a case number i am not sure what it is used for but its L941 226

well apparently they lodged their application to landgate and dept of planning at the same time. so landgate has done what they can so far and cant progress much further until they hear back from dept of planning.

I was told it was in order for dealing, which is the last process at land gate. Unfortunately I don't know any more than you. It is a process we are not involved in.
