I see the title, but I don't see a post about your little boy!
When did he arrive? Details, OH, details! Your selection of name and his choice of birth weight are as important as the colour of your splashback, you know?!
Congratulations! An exciting year for you and your family
Thx O2 & Duke. Yep pretty exiting, busy year. His arrival has taken a bit off from building stress He weighs 3.57k, 53 cm long. A big proj is done, n the handover of Oceanic will be another one

Ooohhh, I am not moving in until our landscaping is done! I figured, we've waited this long, what's another month.... Otherwise, I am pretty sure my kids will bring tonnes of sand/dirt inside and ruin the timber flooring. I would move in also if I had a little bub only. Lucky you!!

oops in a fix now.
one quick question. With the Gen3, is it performing upto the mark. I am getting annoyed with the noise tho. Forget about the outdoor unit. Its the inside. the return air vents & the vents in the bedrooms. It sounds more or less similar to one of those portable aircons.
If 2zones are On, n one reached the temp, the pressure /air gushes to other zone , waking me n my kids up at nite. Is it just me ?

Are you using the heating or the cooling? Is it happening on both settings?
I think it's the main unit and it depends where it is installed in the roof. Mine is just above the main hall and if the bedroom door is opened I can hear it when it changes zones but it's not loud enough to wake me up once I'm asleep.
If you are not sure give them a call as you are still under warranty. I found that we use the Freshair option at night as it is cheaper and it does the trick. Just occasionally we use the refrigerated at night when the temp outside is still too high the option to be used.

yes - it was an extran $2K but I still believe it was worth the investment.
You should definitelly get in touch with them and discuss the noise and air pressure/volume issue as it might be a matter of a different setting. I'll have to check my papers as my one year service should be soon.

wooooooooooooow OH - you've done so much!!! I'm impressed
You gave me an idea re some planters on the side of the house - just for vegies/herbs - love what you've done. We have a limestone retaining wall so it makes (now) sense to build the planters with limestone rather then rendered ones...
BTW I have the same oil canister - so modern and I'm thinking down the track to change my cooktop - as much as I liked it it drives me crazy with all the cleaning
Interesting way of leaving spaces in the front concrete for the roses and you have the house all furnished - I still don't have anything in the living apart from the coffee table and heap of stuff in the corner
Thanks Bags !!. I know, that was one best thing i liked(oil cannister Yep did everything when i was on maternity leave. wanted a simple manageble green garden.
