For the kitchen corner cupboard, it is worth getting a lazy susan, lemans etc. What type is better or is it a waste of space.

Lemans or Magic corner are far better than lazy susan. They all allow better access to the corner but also sacrifise some space in doing so.

We've had a lazy susan in our previous house and looked at the other pull out options for our new house.

In the end we went for Blum corner drawer unit instead.

A bit pricey and you do loose some of the corner space but it's just so convenient we wouldn't use anything else.

If you are getting a lazy susan consider the one where the doors form part of the unit.

Hi, the corner drawer unit actually gives you up to 30 percent more space and great accessability to the bottom back corner of the cupboard. Lemans, lazy susans and magic corners are great when used in the right application (paticularly the lemans and magic corner when you are limited for space and need to use a reurn cabinet off a run) but they only have two shelves. A set of corner drawers can have 3 pot drawers and a single drawer at the top for cutlery etc. Price is an issue as it is a complex cabinet while lots of components.

When you take into account the 3 triangular lost spaces I would say they are about on par with all the other corner storage solutions.

Thank you cutting edge kitchens and kitchenpro. Unfortunately the cabinet maker said that the area is too small and I can't put devise in there, so I suppose that answers my question. Thanks for your advice.

with a corner unit you actually loose some space, it has been calculated and documented by German kitchen suppliers. the problem with any corner unit is, you can have only 2 levels of storage and the turnable devices allow only a max weight of 20 kg if I remember correct. If you decide on a 'dead corner', you can have on both sides at least 3 levels of drawers, possibly 4 depending on carcuss. The corner has a filler on either side, after that your drawer cabinets start. On top of it, corner bits and pieces are expensive.
