Wow its so quiet here...

thanks O2...Im actually worried about us disturbing the neighbours as we have kids and they are all mostly retirees ::lol:: but I may just have to drop them in some regular preserves to keep them sweet ::wink::

Some useless info for you all then..Im flying down on the 29th to do a Pre Selection meeting at DA Central Bunbury and hopefully do some Pre Start. I told my hubby I just want white everything..he said suck it up and go choose something...so Im also going to Ninas Jewellery while Im there..that will learn him

The sales guy said Pre Start would be fun.. I told him I want that in writing. Id rather stick pins in my eyes than go shopping... Im then meeting him at the display for a second look around, it may be an uncomfortable time for him after all the "fun" ive been having for three hours prior at DA Central bahahaha

Our contracts should be awfully close now if not ready for when Im down there.

Does anyone know what stage is next?

Update on our build.... Demolition finally complete. 1 mth late but better late than never. Signed off final plans last Wednesday week ago and was surprised that 3 Days later dale Alcock staff on site.

We now have a toilet, flat ground for pad and site pegs in place. This week we will have piping done and pad is due to b in place for Friday. All exciting except the bill that will come with the pad being laid.

Happy with our building consultant, even arranged for me to be able to remove excessive sand once paid has been laid

Hello again abstar1.

The tiles are from European Ceramics. They're called 'Stongrey 2.0 Vitrified and are 400x800.

Hope that helps!

BR,

Jemima.

If you have any other queries just ask away! For anyone who is currently trying to look for interior design ideas, a lot of people find visiting our displays or looking at pictures of them gives them lots of inspiration.

If anyone see's anything at any of displays that you want to know more about - furniture, wallpaper, tiles - let me know and I shall find out what you need to know! :D

I hope everyone's builds are going well? Any issues with anything whatsoever, just get in touch with me.

Best regards,

Jemima.

Hi Guys...

We have been building with DAH and have had a really good ride but we are approaching the end or the road and things are getting out of hand. There have been lots of small mistakes here and there and a few major ones. The SS keeps telling us that he will look into them and it has been over 6 weeks and there is nothing being done.

I too have had the fridge space problem and have not heard back from him and it has been a few weeks since I complained about the size not being right! I am not good at writing politically correct emails and my emails can sound rude so have been trying to be polite but this seems to be taking me no where.

Overall, I am happy with the build but am gutted that things are taking the wrong path towards the end.

Hi Johnny.

I'm sorry to hear that things have started to disappoint. Would you be so kind as to drop me a PM or an email outlining the issues you are experiencing and I will be sure to look into them right away.

Best regards,

Jemima.

Hi all.

Just wondering if anyone has anything they'd like me to ask our Interior Designer? She's awesome and does all of our displays so she has loads of knowledge about decorating and furnishing a home.

I'd really appreciate your input - I'm doing the Q&A next week and she will be answering all your questions, so let me know! :D

Feel free to head over to our Facebook page and post your question there, or just reply to this post.

Many thanks,

Jemima.

Hello Meifong.

I have your answer!

Interior wall paint – Solver Parchment #2651
Main Floor Tiling – KEOPE Line Pearl Rectified Porcelain 450x450 (grout #11)– European Ceramics

Please note however that the Frangipani is one of our older displays, do the tiles may have been discontinued as this happens very regularly with tiles.

Hope the information helps though.

Best regards,

Jemima.
