oh yeah, Raptor. Where are they up to?

How are you feeling this morning about the front window? I honestly think the symmetry will work fine... Do you want to have lunch around 12pm Sat at Ikea?

Hello,
Good news today, hubby just saw that Wsdm has placed a portaloo , which I don't know when... ::lol::
Happy but also worry because we found out that 2 of our red peg have gone missing... ::stop::
Don't know what's gonna happen ...do you think we are responsible for that? The red pegs have been there for 3 months now... We couldn't watch them 24/7 of course.... ::cry::
Anyone can give some feedback from your experience? :th:

The red pegs are only marking the proper pegs underneath.
They still have to survey the land and mark it out, they are only your cut/fill markers they will survey/mark the house out prior to cut. So don't worry ( I checked with my builder)
You are only responsible for the survey pegs (ie corners or your block)

Good luck!

Great news Willcres, very nice dirt
Of course I already knew ::lol::
No secrets here

Looks like you may some retaining to do though ::hyst::
We are hoping to just get away with a few small walls, the plumbers cut back our blind side, so DH can build a small wall there, as we need to get that fence up before we move in as it is part of the pool fence, and then we will do the other side, once the house is finished. Lucky Dh has built lots of retaining walls ::wornout::

So you and Lot 13 will be very close, will be an interesting race, do you know when they will start Lot 13??

How long is your build time?? 9 months??

Just to update that lot 13 had their site scrape today, but nothing happen on our land... The weather was so warm for the last 2 days...not sure what are they waiting for??
I guess I won't see anything until next week...

Wsdm emailed me today that the internal door that we chose/ upgraded can't be made for 2340mm size, so we have to reselect again. And they gave Hume Sorrento doors range with no additional cost. Not sure if I have to be happy or not since Sorrento range wasn't really our preference but the door is more pricey than the one we chose originally....

Yes I saw lot 13 was cut, will be great to watch another one!

Not sure about the door situation, what did you ask for originally?
The sorrento has a few different designs so I suppose it depends on if you like them.

Hi gogo,

I chose Denmark door (Den) originally:
http://www.humedoors.com.au/products/in ... _range/den

We just decided to have Sor 11. What do you think?
http://www.humedoors.com.au/products/in ... ange/sor11

Wsdm said we can have groundfloor Sorrento (2340mm height) and upstairs Denmark (2040mm).
Don't u think it will be funny to have 2 different doors?

I actually prefer the sorrento, the Den looks very country.
But then again we are having plain doors all the way through to keep it simplistic ::wornout::
Can you have sorrento all the way through??
