Cute one year!!!! Love the cake. My PDD made a cake similar for her friend's bridal shower and I didn't believe her cos it was so good and I know I didn't teach her how to cook she takes after her nan [ img ]

Update. . .Pedro was sighted on Christmas morning sitting outside with his lovely wife & kiddies. They had been up early that morning as you do when you have children! Nice swing set Pedro We do miss you around here

Hi Folks, well there is a lot that has happened and a lot still going on. i feel I have neglected all my friends on here and feel really slack for not being able to support others like i like to.
This is the 1 place though i dont like to project smoke and mirrors, you guys deserve and expect more than that from me. Not that neglecting is any better. Needless to say our plan has backfired in a massive way and am certainly not out of the woods yet. Due to some personal financial layouts we HAD to make it really has stuffed us on the brink of being broke. I have been focused on my work and trying to get back afloat but I cant seem to get there. Lyn is now looking for full time work certainly not what i had in mind but I cant let my pride lose this house it seems the only avenue i have left. We have not really been able to enjoy our new home as we have felt like we could lose it at any moment. Dont get me wrong we have had some fun with the kids and the neighbours are nice but living week to week means we have really had to watch our spend. So no gatherings, friends and rarely family just the constant grind that has become my reality. Making it even harder is that this area business wise is alot quieter sales are down so comms really suck. The next 2 months will decide wether i keep the house or not... we'll see what happens.
Loretta and John.... I owe you guys a hell of a lot and i am sorry we have not had that dinner yet it will come promise. I just dont want to sit down with my friends and act like everything is ok.... when it is i can enjoy it.

So sorry to hear things are not so good. I hope you will be able to keep your home, but the main thing is don't let the stress of it ruin your lives, which these things often tend to do. You already had the dream with your beautiful family, so no matter what happens you have been succsessful.

sorry to hear how stressful everything is. I hope your sales pick up and Lyn can find something that will work around the family. after all ...at the end of the day...the 6 kids are what are important...a house is just bricks and stuff. you can come live with me.

Hey Pedro please don't apologise about the dinner, would much rather do it when you are in that happy place again. Remember that you are also most welcome to pop in here for a jug I agree with what Deb said & something I have learned this past year is that stress is not good for your health & nothing is worth affecting that. I hope 2012 is a better year for both of us
