Thanks so much for posting. We are looking at FH too (I say we but I've been doing the research!) and I just love your facade. I had no idea council's had opinions on facades - so much to learn. Shame it costs so much more as I was going to show FH a pic of yours and say do this for us!

Just don't go for a conservation area/block and you will be okay

We are in ...just I never ever want to move again but definitely never moving that close to Christmas ever again. We had some really bad experiences with the service industry and the excuse they gave was because it was Christmas !!
We now have carpets and the vinyl wood plank flooring , both look fantastic The redishades are great and the black out ones in the bedrooms work really well. So now its just lots of unpacking and sorting
We get internet in the new year , will add a few photos then .
