If you are putting the plumbing against the same wall but on the opposite side that will be quite easy. But you need to plumb in the toilet and wastes. Do not get a kitchen mob that comes out, for your kitchen (well maybe for some design ideas) as they are too expensive. They get the kitchen from the kitchen manufacturer then put their (huge) bit on which you pay. We draw it up ourselves (or they will send someone out to check measure) then order direct. They will install. Sorry I don't know any places in Melbourne. I think it's crazy when I hear of people paying $20K for a kitchen. Good luck.
