There are a few things that are wrong so far and am thinking it would be a person looking that knows his stuff. Any recomendations of people in the western suburbs area that are finiky? And how much should I expect to pay for an inspection for fix out stage of a 2 story 43 sq home. They are impartial, accurate and can quote the relavent standard to stop the builder pulling the wool over your eyes. (By the way, builder training consists of 1 month of building knowledge and 47 months on techniques for pulling the wool over unsuspecting customers eyes. Really.)
