Our electricians chatted with me about what I was looking for but they sorted out the exact placement. I think the measurements were about 1.5m but it depended on where the beams were etc. Have you done a search on H1?- I am sure there are probably countless threads on downlights and you'll probably find the answer in one of those threads Re: how far apart should downlights be? 4Feb 05, 2011 10:28 am Thanks miss Never thought to do a search (will do that now) Our Acreage Build The Lakeview Lodge - Beechwood Homes 01/04/10 YES 2010 - Deposit paid 23/09 - PCI CANCELLED 28/09 - PCI - will it happen.-18 months later 07/10/11 - ITS OURS..WOOHOO Re: how far apart should downlights be? 5Feb 05, 2011 12:29 pm The rule of thumb I used (from memory ) was 1m from the wall and 2m between downlights. It does vary depending upon the room shape but it has worked really well. We have white walls, ceiling and darkish floors. The amount of light is great. Also, put some thought into how you want your downlights banked (ie how many turn on per switch). You can save a lot in lighting costs by only having the lights on that you really need. (ie. if you have a big room with 8, have 2 lots of 4 or 4 lots of 2). Hence the reason they are no longer with us. 12 5695 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16026 hey there! π so, itβs kinda common for standard drawer depths to be around 500mm since most cabinets use this size to fit the usual runners… 3 20922 |
