It's been a long, long, long time coming [ img ].........years of DIY furniture, hand-me-down furniture, kid-damaged furniture , ......but honestly, I wouldn't have changed anything ( well almost) ............atleast I adore everything I have now & I know how hard it was to get

Thank you very much Lex . I honestly didn't think it was that good , after having seen some of the amazing rooms on the forum. But I'm happy it's come together so well.
The colour is Taubmans Moonriver. I first saw it in another member's home (Phoenix ?) ages ago & thought how well it went with different decor. I also loved how subdued the shade was, so VOILA! Here it is in the 'flesh'. I believe themax used it & bel will be using it too.

When DW and I recently went away - and it was only for 4 nights - we still wrote out a list of instructions for our kidults still at home - aged 21 and 18.
Just wondering how I'm going to find the cleaning, as the double glass layers can't be separated Well, I kind of knew that when I saw them but thought - what the heck . Will cross that bridge when I come ot it You can't be practical ALL of the time

They are fabulous. You need one of those spinning cleaning things that get into tight places, the fluro green fluffy things. I have one but the kids play with it more than I use it or a cloth around a stay stick? that might work.
They are really lovely lights Southies. I like them a lot. They look fabulous in that kitchen and all is done now hey? We have a Looooooooooooooooong way to go to get to that point. Ýou have done a really fabulous job. I didn't realise you used Moonriver also. Isn't it lovely? So gentle...

Yep TM thought of that, but I'm thinking I'll just remove them & soak them in warm water ....on a regular basis,so that they don't get too dirty - if I can get my act together
