Edgar From my very basic understanding Feng shui is something about how to have good energy around the house which makes the occupants happier. I heard that Feng shui for each house is different depends on the occupants?? Re: The fundamental of Feng Shui 4Oct 21, 2009 12:47 am star_panorama From my very basic understanding Feng shui is something about how to have good energy around the house which makes the occupants happier. 2 types of fs, 1 for the living and the other for the dead(grave). It's more to HOW to "absorb" the good Qi(energy) and "store" it in your house. So that the family can benefit from it. star_panorama I heard that Feng shui for each house is different depends on the occupants?? absolutely. House XYZ may be a perfect fengshui house for John but if Jack purchase it - it might be disastrous. there is no such thing as a perfect fengshui house that fits everybody. Re: The fundamental of Feng Shui 5Feb 28, 2011 11:43 pm Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese science developed 3000 years ago. It basically balances the five major elements( earth, water, metal, fire and wood ) in any given place by altering Feng, i.e wind and Shui, i.e water. Re: The fundamental of Feng Shui 8Mar 15, 2011 8:18 am Claudia Is there any thruth to the fact that there are goos FS numbers for houses and bad numbers? How about the position of the door ...is it true that it should not be aligned to the back doors?? My Mum is into Feng Shui and she has mentioned that having a hall way from the front flowing to the back is bad. On each side of my front door I have a Jade tree (aka money tree) which (is suppose to) brings money into my house, however my house I am currently living in has the doors that flow straight though which means all of the money I am drawing into the house is flowing straight out. To fix it she said to hang a crystal in the door way to pool the energy around the lounge room. I don't know if that will help you, but if it does.. great! It would probably help to do some google searches about it! That might give you the info you need! Jade Re: The fundamental of Feng Shui 9Apr 16, 2011 1:19 pm if its to produce lots of children...I might think my feng shui plans....not too keen to had a third...yet. Re: The fundamental of Feng Shui 13Apr 18, 2011 7:19 am Kel, I did a bit of googling and found this artical http://www.fengshuinews.com/articles/kartar-0107.htm. I'm not really that into feng shui or all that knowledgeable about it either (only what my Mum tells me lol) Your tree looks like its off to the side, it may be alright as it is not directly blocking your front door which allows the energy to flow though. Its got me a bit worried now, as the whole front of my house is tree's... great privacy but maybe not good feng shui. |
