That's the dilemma you face...the less stressful process is to get your own sketch (copyright), engineering design, data and DA then get 3 builders to quote for BA, Crosscheck the builders information with the Building Information Model (3D Bim) You can change builders before you start, but you will waste a lot of money/ time and will have to start over again with another design. But for instance, if I am not permitted to build boundary boundary (neighbours refusal) where do I stand. This builder does not build double storey homes.
