Staight out on the Monash Freeway, turn onto another freeway, get off at the Cranbourne exit, then turn at the Shooping Centre and you're on Thompson's Rd. It's down Berwick way. Approximately 45mins from the city in non peak times.
There's lots and lots and lots of displays down there though from many builders and also many more close by at Marriot Waters. The Sandhurst 36 is at Marriot Waters as well. Might be worth a day down there to see a few homes from a few builders? I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. Terrence Malick Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! So your Broker finally pulled his finger out did he??
I won't be too far away from you either. And of course when I finally get to pop in on H2B, I'll make sure I give you a wave as I go past! Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! Mernda & Doreen Residents 14Feb 28, 2009 10:11 am Congrats, Bam! Now you just have to make a decision on the house.
Are you allowed to wait 18 months to build in MV? We had to start within 12 months of signing our contract of sale, and have the house completed within 2 years. I know Stockland has some different rules for different estates, but I assumed that one would be universal. Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! Mernda & Doreen Residents 15Feb 28, 2009 10:53 am Hi mikky! I think you and kek are on the other side near the Plnety Rd entrance? Im closer to the new schools and what not. Who you building with??
Hi Lisanne! Hows everything going? I was wondering, are you using M&M Conveyencing? I saw a post where you asked for recs and WBA suggested her, and Im decided to use her too! Grace, we ditched the other broker and went with someone else - looong story! And your in MV? Great! There's quite a few of us! kek, we've had it extended to 18months already as part of our sale. Needed as as 12 months would be just shy of the business being open two years Custom European Cabinets - Melbourne Kitchen Specialist PM for business details as website currently being updated! Grace16 isn't in MV (sorry Grace16 don't mean to answer for you ) but she's not that far away. We can make her an honorary resident until she gets some friends in her Estate I'll point out your block to her on Monday
Great that they gave you an extension. Gives you plenty of time with the wedding coming up etc. The Sandhurst is a nice plan, you know I actually like most of PD plans. The Inspiration is one I didn't really like, that angled wall in the study did it for me. Do you like looking at displays? I love it. I've been to all of them apart from Craigieburn I can't wait for up the road to open, I'll be up there soaking it in Happy at Home Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up!
