We are in Stage 6 on Abundance Circuit. Our land titled in mid June and settled on 28 June after a lot of back and forth with bank, conveyancer etc. Our builder submitted our plans for developer approval beginning of July and we were told it would take 3 weeks but we are still waiting 4 weeks later. For those in Stage 6 who would have settled around the same time as us, how has your experience been with these developer plans? Hi Gabriel, The agency that manages the developer approvals is NGDD and they can be contacted directly. Hopefully they can give you an update but they also manage a few other estates including highgrove and I've heard they are very strict and are very picky. We will be submitting our garden plans shortly but it'll be a while before our house plans are complete.
