I'll be devastated if we have to wait that long again once we title. Went for a drive today too. It has all changed so much I don't think I have much say in the matter. Henley is absolutely flooded at the moment with customers so getting appointments is a bit of a struggle. I'm not fussed as long as we can get to lock up stage before the xmas break so the frame is not exposed during the builders break. Looks like its growing to be a wonderful estate. Nice... Can someone please advice when is the next release happening? Also what is the anticipated title date of the most recent release? And how are the prices for 448m2 lots? I tried calling them but couldn't get through. Appreciate your help guys. Cheers Re: Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 194Jul 27, 2017 5:49 pm moorgate1508 Howdy fellas? Looks like its growing to be a wonderful estate. Nice... There's so much activity going on in the estate it's crazy. I can't wait until they start on the footy ovals, tennis courts and basketball rings at the front of the estate. Word is the park in stage 2 will be starting shortly. Unfortunately the most recent releases have been delayed significantly due to an issue with the piping for the sewers. Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 195Jul 27, 2017 6:02 pm Also for the most recent releases here's their expected title date: Stage 9 & 12 - May 2018 Stages 10 & 11 - July 2018 Stage 13 - August 2018 Blocks are getting higher everyday due to the demand in Clyde/North. For a 390m2 block it's $308,000 . So I'm guessing for a 448m2 block it'd be about $330k to $340k. Re: Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 196Jul 31, 2017 10:44 am Hi Everyone First time posting so take it easy on me . We are in Stage 6 on Abundance Circuit. Our land titled in mid June and settled on 28 June after a lot of back and forth with bank, conveyancer etc. Our builder submitted our plans for developer approval beginning of July and we were told it would take 3 weeks but we are still waiting 4 weeks later. For those in Stage 6 who would have settled around the same time as us, how has your experience been with these developer plans? Hi Gabriel, The agency that manages the developer approvals is NGDD and they can be contacted directly. Hopefully they can give you an update but they also manage a few other estates including highgrove and I've heard they are very strict and are very picky. We will be submitting our garden plans shortly but it'll be a while before our house plans are complete.
