May I add that our Tender presenter, Colour Consultant, and our Client Services Officer have all been fantastic. So let's hope that continues. Our CSO is responding immediately, efficient and has done and answered everything we have asked of her. MAYBE WE ARE JUST LUCKY? Just thought I would pass that on as there are so many unfortunate experiences that it's nice to be able to say otherwise. Also, ive been told to make sure that the wood frames have the extra termite coating or protection. Am not sure if it comes with it or maybe you have to pay for it. cheers, the stair balustrades?
