We have been silent stalkers on here for the last 6 months or so. We had a quick question for you all? We've had a very streamlined and quick process thus far. We recieved confirmation today that our CDC has been approved with 27 days remaining in our contract tender. Peg out has been ordered and everything has been completed from our end without fuss or dramas. What do you think our chances are in reaching construction prior to this 27 days expiring? Also how does the price rise system work? My PCC has noted a payment of around $950 per month after this period. The PCC has said she see's no issue in hitting this point in time. I've read horro stories of $8000+ payments being due etc. Just some context we are building and house and land package up the NSW Central Coast. Your feedback is appreciated.
