Those pendants definitely give it a more industrial edge. I'm sure the handles you've chosen will complement them. Can't wait to see it all finished. Already looks great! We are going with the cup pulls everywhere on drawers and the salemi knobs, Though the savelli handles are very nice Waldorf Stacker door will be white as per rest of our windows. BrownDog, you can should be able to put a screen door on them; you just need another track. The sales guys showed us on one in the showroom, not quite a boutique stacker but same size and so I imagine would be similar. I know Hillsbuild! It is very hard to decide. I love the idea of French doors, so chic, just hate the idea of cleaning all those little square panes of glass!! But we opted for a slightly more modern look anyway. Just hope we can afford it. Obviously every openable window will have them. But... just realised I don't want flyscreens on our two kitchen windows to ruin the view, and wouldn't match our galley window anyway which is a fixed window. So thinking maybe we should change them to fixed glass. Just not sure if I'd want to open windows when cooking. I never do at current house anyway, usually just put the evap fan on for 5-10 mins and tends to get rid of any smells. Thoughts? Then if you do need them later you'll have them. Our splash back window is fixed but apparently we had to as it's in front of a gas burner and there's a risk with having a draft come through near a gas flame and blowing the flame out I guess. Not that I'd want it openable anyway so that was fine. The window above our sink slides open and the fly screen they will put on will also slide open the same direction so we can use it as a server window Hi, can anyone recommend a custom home builder who can build in north east area?
