You however need to pay a $250 admin fee + extra for new stuff you add. Fee is going to Zurcorp. Once that's done your construction CSM send you a variation document to sign. No fee by Clarendon. Thanks ajedi2k do I have to email directly to zurcorp or have to go through clarendon Email directly to your electrical consultant, she will advise you of their admin fee anyways. best if you take the current electrical plan and mark extra lighting and power points you need scan and send it to them. they'll fix it up and send you the new plan and invoice to sign. once you pay the admin fee by calling zurcorp, you will be asked to sign. Check with Clarendon after few days. your CSM should send you a variation form to sign, this is where they delete the old invoice and add the new to your contract payments.
