I'm wondering if you have managed to get any quotes from any contractors for likely prices? I tried contacting some but because my land is not registered yet and it's probably next year when the house will be close to handover, they have refused to provide quotes My build blog here Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 16924Mar 20, 2017 6:38 pm Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 16925Mar 20, 2017 7:24 pm How do people getting around having a water tank connected to the awash ing machine , I want to use the tank for everything else but want to change the washing machine to normal water Would clarendon allow an additional port (at a cost ) Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 16926Mar 20, 2017 10:22 pm [quote="Buildingourfirstnest"]cool thanks! also, i'm thinking of doing butler's pantry and WIR after completion just like you. I'm doing KDR. i got mine done about 5 years ago, mate of mine had his done last year. he's happy the product as well. you can check out their showroom. I didn't bother in so they came to my house and showed their standard designs. then you can customize them. ex. I have a lot of business shirts so got extra hanging space then below you can make steps for shoes etc. you can put mirror or melamine as doors. i used a mix. timber finishes available too but extra $$$. Note: wall to wall robes are cheaper it requires less materiel. remember to ask for a discount specially if you are doing more than one. You however need to pay a $250 admin fee + extra for new stuff you add. Fee is going to Zurcorp. Once that's done your construction CSM send you a variation document to sign. No fee by Clarendon. Thanks ajedi2k do I have to email directly to zurcorp or have to go through clarendon Email directly to your electrical consultant, she will advise you of their admin fee anyways. best if you take the current electrical plan and mark extra lighting and power points you need scan and send it to them. they'll fix it up and send you the new plan and invoice to sign. once you pay the admin fee by calling zurcorp, you will be asked to sign. Check with Clarendon after few days. your CSM should send you a variation form to sign, this is where they delete the old invoice and add the new to your contract payments. Out tender appointment was held a couple of days ago and we were hoping for a small discount or a couple of throw-ins considering the amount the build is costing, but they wouldn't budge. Just wondering whether anyone has been successful in receiving complimentary upgrades in the colour selection appointment? Cheers the stair balustrades? There is nothing special about these and I imagine literally every stair installer will be able to do this. 1 6688 The two 15mm holes are obviously not compliant. The Dept of Fair Trading would love to see this one! Do the gutters pool water after it stops raining? Although it's… 4 7820 Thanks for your reply. I will just wait and see I guess.
