I have been clashing a lot with one person in M, who has been very unhelpful (do they ignore phone calls purposely?). I feel like I have to keep reminding them that I am the client and that I am paying the $$$. I escalated this to customercare and they stepped in straight away which was great. Fingers crossed that things will move along. Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13545Mar 14, 2017 8:07 pm Does anybody know which package includes mould? Given the way the build has gone, I'm disappointed to say the least about mould, but wouldn't be at all surprised to find myself charged for it if it isn't included in a package. Builder: ....... I think our builds are tracking along a similar timeframe (we both started AGES ago). It's great to see things FINALLY come out of the ground. Hey martinsharmony thought you'd like some pics so you can see the tiles! I'm loving them & once the white wall tiles are on it will look fresh and clean! I've planned to use them for the very same space (bathroom floor). They look even better than I imagined. Keep me posted when the white tiles go in. Thank you!! Torrential downpours! The plumbers were here as long as they could be yesterday. But it got too much and they left! I was impressed they lasted along as they did! Fingers crossed this rain eases up long enough for us to get a slab down! http://preludehome.tumblr.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13549Mar 15, 2017 10:55 am MartinsHarmony, the infill panel is most likely MDF, similar to the light weight cladding. Need 1or2weeks to let them know? It needs to be done now notify you SS immediately before they start gyprock. You need to email SS straight away to notify them of your inspector and give them his PL Insurance details. Do asap before gyprock goes up Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13557Mar 17, 2017 8:54 am Did anyone opt for solar panels over gas? How much did it end up costing you? I'm considering getting solar installed for hot water and cooking as gas is not as cheap as it once was Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13560Mar 17, 2017 8:54 pm kly525 Our Solar hotwater heater also cost a bit over $3600, however if you want solar panels to run appliances you'll need panels plus an inverter which will cost between $6,000 - $10,000 depending on the size of system you want.
