Does your window have a film? Or is it imbedded in the glass. I know a lot of their display homes have the film. And my consultant thought so too. But when at contract we were told it would be imbedded into the glass. Now you know how one person says one thing and another says another thing. Well I figured the best people to talk to. Are the ones who have built houses with them. This thread is right up my alley. I have beautiful colonial style windows all throughout my Metricon home and one extremely unattractive obscure glass window in our upstairs living area. I too was told by the consultant that it would just be a film that could be peeled off but alas it was obscure Glass. It was a council requirement that they refused to budge on and believe me I tried. The window is a complete eyesore, looks terrible and doesn't match the rest of our house at all. It will most definitely be replaced as soon as I can afford it after handover.
