So that's was a good news. However, there was some minor issue that was brought up in our Houspect report for the frame. Our SS suppose get answers from their engineering team but I haven't heard back yet. He kept telling me over phone that is not an issue and he want to continue the job. The account is also chasing us for the payment and wrote in the email " our SS and David confirmed there is no issue with the frame" We are not satisfy with that "brush off" answer. Even though one of the issues was the installation was not done to builder's detail. does any one know who is David Vassallo? Is he the area manager or something where I can escalate the matter or annoy until I get an answer? Thanks Hi David is the area manager of SS so I would definitely speak to him but wouldn't hold my breath as we've not had much luck with him...he will probably give you the brush off too so be prepared to stand your ground and advise you'll take it further... Make sure you know your facts before you make the call as he will try and skirt around the issues... Good luck! viewtopic.php?t=83651 Building a modified Sheridan 35 Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 16786Feb 24, 2017 8:19 am bumblebee1985 kaman101 Hi all, Update on our brick issue, we chose a different brick (upgraded ) and no charge on the difference. We made a lot of amendments like extensions to the front and stuff, so the floor plan we have is not what you will get. The rumpus is an addition from the meals area of 4.1m x 3.3m, and is an additional $14,660. If you added a theatre room instead, its 4.0mx 4.6m, and additional $17,000! I added a theater room to my Leaton 28 4.1x3.4 dimensions. Small but hoping to fit a 110" screen in there.
