My partner who used to be a bricklayer just said that windows may be shifted up to an inch or so when bricks are done to accommodate the bricks so there aren't as many cuts and costs are kept low. Maybe you could speak to the bricklayers if they haven't done around that window yet? Unfortunately we've had to just suck it up it's on the plans and when I looked through their brochure, several of those windows are off to the side too, it seems stupid to us but our own fault for not spotting it.
