Just wondering how you would approach this.
Went to our house over the weekend and saw a few things I'm not happy with the bricks and the finish, I want to bring it up with Boutique Homes before the bricks have finished. But I know that we aren't allowed on site without them. So if I can't get onsite how would I know about the quality.
What should I do?
Thanks.

Just call your site supervisor and say you saw it. I told ours that we had been on the block but not inside and he was fine with it.
But the section of the bricks I'm really not happy with is in the alfresco area. Which I cannot see from outside of the fenced off area.
Still should be fine. Like I said, I told our supervisor we snuck in to have a look through the windows. He said he was fine with it.
Alternatively you can arrange a site inspection tour with your supervisor and just "notice" them while on your walk with them?[/quote]
I always sneak in...when they are away after hours. They only dont allow you inside bec if something happen to you they are liable anyway my SS is an ok guy.

Hi guys,
Called site supervisor and he didn't seem to mind.
He is going to look into my query. But what do you guys think about the brick layout of the alfresco area?
The line in the corner goes from side to side. Is this same as anyone else's?

Definitely agree with you. It looks very crooked.

Hi Jacinta,
Well I have spoken to the site supervisor again, and he has explained that this is how it is as the gap between the wall and sliding door fits a full brick the mortar line falls on either side of the corner. So next to the door is a full brick every second and a half the other.
I have requested him to speak to his manager to see if there is any they can do about this, as both my wife and myself do not like this look. As it looks just wrong and doesn't suit our nice simple lines.
See what they say. Not happy though.
Has anyone else built the Olso, to see if theirs is the same?
Thanks.
