I have just had a 10 day girls trip to Bali and have bought some nice stuff for the house We signed the contract before I left. We were still waiting on finance to be approved so hubby would just go in and pay the deposit once that was through. It came through last week and the deposit was paid on Wednesday. On Wednesday arvo we got an email saying that it had been sent to a private certifier for approval We have been given a start date of the 11th April! Things are finally starting to happen. Yay! I need to make an appointment for our colours appointment but need to wait until I go back to work on Tuesday to see when I can get time off. I am hoping we can do colours and electrical on the same day. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 90Feb 26, 2017 4:40 pm Oh girls trip to Bali, sounds fab!! Congrats on finance approval and your start date!! Can't wait to see your selections GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 91Feb 26, 2017 4:56 pm I just realised I never put up our tile selection. Kitchen splashback tile laid in vertical brickbond with white grout Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Vertical brick bond looks like this Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Ensuite tiles. The timber look tile will also be the main floor tile as well as the bathroom floor tile. The other tile will be floor to ceiling. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 92Feb 26, 2017 5:12 pm Love the splash back Love all of your tile choices!! So lovely!! GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 95Feb 26, 2017 5:26 pm Tamara1975 Inspiration for the kitchen I like a stark white kitchen but also like it with some black/charcoal in it too. We can't afford a glass splashback - we have about 8 metres of splashback so I would need a mortgage for that alone. I am leaning more towards the look in the last pic. Can't wait to do colours! Love it! Nice! I am hoping they have a timber look laminate that is more charcoal than brown. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 98Feb 28, 2017 11:51 am A little bit more progress yesterday. We have ordered hubby's 4 bay garage/man shed. He is rather excited lol. We are wanting to build it while the house is being built but we need to work out how it can be done, as technically the land is signed over to coral during the build but we are on an acre so the shed being build will not be anywhere near the house and won't interfere. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 99Feb 28, 2017 9:26 pm How exciting hope you can get the she's building sorted! April 11 will come so quickly Build thread http://tinyurl.com/llgc7yk Hi, as per the subject. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 13518 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15037 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 6149 |
