Still waiting for results but we've ordered the tender letter now so we're in the queue. Also been told Coral have changed their intial deposit from $1750 to $2750. Has been increased so you get plans before contract is signed and not after. They are hoping this leads to less variations required. Our SC said we may be exempt as we paid before new year, but we've opted to pay to get the plans earlier. Landscape quote has come in at $15,500. That's nothing fancy, just meeting covenant and adding a gazebo! Can't wait to finally have a figure for the build and we actually know how much we're in for!!!
