We're really interested to hear other people's experiences. Was your build completed within the specified timeframe? How often were you provided updates by your Site Supervisor? Could you get in contact directly with your Site Supervisor? What was the process for you to receive updates from them. Thanks so much Re: Any experiences with Firstyle homes 297Jan 27, 2017 8:01 pm Hi all Question for those that have gone before me I have been speaking to Firstyle and going through their process, the $15,400 payable upfront for stage 1, at the end of the conversation I was not really clear when it's payable. Is it to get the tender or payable when the tender is provided and your signing up? Also once the tender is done does that make it a fixed priced tender or one with allowances for thanks like site costs? Thanks in advance Re: Any experiences with Firstyle homes 298Jan 27, 2017 9:11 pm markandsam Hi all Question for those that have gone before me I have been speaking to Firstyle and going through their process, the $15,400 payable upfront for stage 1, at the end of the conversation I was not really clear when it's payable.
