Re: KDR Metricon Liberty - Hampshire 45 QLD 317Jan 07, 2017 1:56 pm Orpheus Dulie I've just reviewed yr electrical diagram and have the following suggestions for the LEDs: 1. Each room should have a min of 4 LED D/L to provide you with sufficient light. Since you only have the 11W lights? 2. Garage is a large area so would recommend adding more DLs too. 3. Master bed would recommend 6 D/L and maybe additional light switches either side of yr bed to turn off lights with 3 way switch 4. Have you provisioned for outdoor junction boxes for any garden lights on all sides of the House? 5. Have u provisioned for any sensor lights above garage roller door? The additions above are major changes which will involve redrawing the electrical diagrams for the rough-ins and final fitouts. @Orph 1. Yeah sounds good. 2. Yup I already had this one planned. 3. We do have a 2 way switch, I think 1 side of the bed is enough. But yeah more lights are always welcomed. 4. There's few junction boxes already around the house. 5. I'll have to check. Dulie I installed this in the garage. It's brighter than LED downlights. This is paired with a sensor light so it will turn on automatically when you drive in. It's also provide better coverage than downlights. We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 38250 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19760 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 14035 |
