Yes they do, we chose stone look tiles for all bathrooms. Thanks for that. Also I have heard builds have been taking a very long time. Some over 12 months, anyone else experiencing this? We haven't started the process looking at getting a tender for the Soul or Enigma looking at around 40sqs. Trying to cost everything up at the moment. Was very surprised aircon wasn't included. Re: Mojo Homes 684Dec 12, 2016 5:31 pm The mojo jones in the hunter valley are flying! There's two in my street and they have been finished in no time. Hebel seems to keep things going. No waiting for brickies! Re: Mojo Homes 685Dec 13, 2016 6:39 am Yeah we are building up there and our is flying. Site supervisor is fantastic Re: Mojo Homes 686Dec 13, 2016 11:26 am onggie shams onggie Just wanting to know, in the included selection of tiles were there in concrete looking tiles? Our build has been pretty smooth, starting end of Aug and now our walls have been installed and we'll be locked up by Chrissy. We are on track for a Feb/March completion 6-7 months from start to finish, double story btw. Re: Mojo Homes 688Dec 13, 2016 4:38 pm Most of the Mojo builds I have seen go real quick are single stories up the coast. Like all builds each have their own issues plus add to that labour shortages... In saying that its no secret back of house takes time, I have not heard of any volume builder that has a quick back of house process. They all take about the same time. 6-8 months from initial tender. Want to get to site as then I can see the dream actually taking place. and the fence around my block to stop these scumbags dropping crap! argghhh Re: Mojo Homes 689Dec 13, 2016 5:21 pm ja-mez Most of the Mojo builds I have seen go real quick are single stories up the coast. Admin process with any builder and especially when you are in a rush can be quiet tiresome. Unfortunately this time round our build is time critical. Re: Mojo Homes 693Dec 14, 2016 4:36 pm onggie shams HomeTweetHome Hi, admin process is the most frustrating part of the process. Agreed! admin can be a frustrating wait. Until you are under the perils of a crap site supervisor. Ha ha. Our build is in progress. Things don't necessarily get easier after admin. Have learned many lessons from Mojo already . Just waiting on the outcome of the latest drama. 1 24634 Hi all, We are considering Enigma 46 from Mojo Homes in Gables, NSW. Has anyone built with Mojo and any pointers and feedback. Also, if anyone has built similar design… 0 20107 |
