Are they even looking? I see a heap of people on the forum comparing brick alignments lately so I'm hoping it's not common to have issues. Have you got all doors and windows in so you are at lockup? Follow my build viewtopic.php?t=83885 Re: Our first build: "Bridgewater" by Gj's Shoalhaven 871Dec 05, 2016 8:05 pm The brickwork alll looks very uniform and neat. To my untrained eye at least lmao. All the windows and aluminum doors are in, front door isn't yet and garage door isn't. Our progress schedule says they consider lockup to be all external cladding (bricks and/or cladding) to be finished, windows and alumiunium doors in and gyprock delivered. We won't have gyprock delivered until after Christmas coz there's no way someone won't steal it. If people are prepared to steal a water meter and one solitary window there's no way they won't take a heap of gyprock. Doh! So technically we won't be at lockup until next year which isn't entirely bad. That means no more progress payments over Christmas lol - otherwise known as Kym - Re: Our first build: "Bridgewater" by Gj's Shoalhaven 872Dec 05, 2016 8:22 pm charlibear Oh I had to upgrade to off white from natural and it cost me $1000 GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Yet I had to pay to choose something other than off white so stayed with off white. ~Shellby~ GJ Bridgewater 203 11/3/2016 - Site Work Started 29/9/2016 - Handover 142 Work Days 6 Work Days Over https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80174 Re: Our first build: "Bridgewater" by Gj's Shoalhaven 873Dec 05, 2016 8:26 pm I'm really liking the colours. I'm thinking we may be hit with two progress payments at once if they do the fixing bits this couple of weeks!
