I'm building with Celebrations as well, and just wondering how long they took from formal approval or settlement through til slab down? And how long from slab to handover? Just trying to get an idea of timeframes! Thanks in advance First home builder - Brightwood Estate, Baldivis. Celebration Homes. Just trying to get an idea of timeframes! Thanks in advance Hi! All going good! Stopped with the updates because I dont really want photos of my house now we have moved in up but we have got a heap of stuff done but still have a heap more to go! Still have boxes unpacked too but probably don't really need them if we havnt got into them yet I guess.. I have my full timeline on the first post if you want to see dates but in weeks it was Land Settlement to Slab 5 weeks and Slab to picking up our keys 20 weeks. We were really happy with the process and any minor issues we picked up during construction were fixed so make sure you get onto them if you think something isn't correct. You might think you dont have anything to do with brand new house but you will end up with a long to do list and other things will happen you didnt expect (your brother running over the water meter ) Yikes haha. Yeah hard to plan for those flattened water meters , but I do have a very long list of things to attend to and the costs add up fast! I'm probably going to have to finance the aircon so that I have the cash to take care of 100 other smaller things. First home builder - Brightwood Estate, Baldivis. Celebration Homes.
