Everything was pricey when i compare it with my other quote.
Interested to know more about your build.
Ps: i am not giving reviews about their builf quality. I am telling what i have noticed. I have quotes and pictures both.
The reason we went with Burbank was for their flexibility in being able to customise one of their layouts to fit our block when other builders we contacted couldn't assist. Yes, ours is Gen, and I do agree that there was not a huge amount of choices for bricks etc but we were happy with our choices from the standard range and yes we knew Burbank weren't the cheapest, but we were impressed with the quality compared to some others we looked at. We have 600mm wall oven and 900mm cooktop. We did upgrade most appliances to suit our needs as this is our forever home as the standard appliances most home builders offer are rubbish. The build process went very smoothly with no delays. To be honest I have no idea what other builders offer as we couldn't get any further than "we don't have a layout to suit your needs" from them. We chose standard items for bricks, tiles, taps (other than showers) and we got $30k of upgrades for $18k and free air conditioning (deals they had going at the time).
