We have upgraded to grand as well but we didn't like the choices they offered as part of standard range. So we are considering upgrade to premium range if it is below 3k. However tonight I was told they don't want my business from an email of the sales manager in about 40 words. No mention on refund. No explanations were given. No mention if they have looked at my complaint. Their customer service is really marvelous! You better bite the bullet and let them finish your home. Does anyone know the channel of complaint to the CEO? Any use if I take it up to Fair Trading?
