Re: GJ Gardner - Mandalay 298 - QLD 37Jun 07, 2016 8:00 am Hi Hazza, that sounds about right and your electrical looks good to to me too - very similar to our house. We're building the Mandalay 338 at the moment. One thing we are adding after reading in h1 is a data point/power point in the top of the walk in wardrobe for a router at the back of the house. Good luck with the colour selection!! I thought I was super super organised and it still took over 5 hours! Re: GJ Gardner - Mandalay 298 - QLD 38Jun 07, 2016 8:33 am Thanks Fiat. That's a good idea with the router. We feel like we're reasonably organised - have ideas for bricks, exterior colours, interior walls etc... we've got ideas for kitchen/bathrooms but willing to listen to advice... 5 hours sounds like you did really well. Have you got a thread of your build? Re: GJ Gardner - Mandalay 298 - QLD 39Jun 07, 2016 9:46 am After an unmentionable number of hours stalking H1 and the Houzz app I thought it would've been easier than it was!! Make sure you have thought about grout colours also. That's what stumped me! No - I don't have a thread. This is actually the first thread I've ever posted on May I ask why you chose not to use GJ Gardiner? I'm actually meeting with one of the sales guys tomorrow for an appointment. Definitely not signing anything yet… 3 13925 Hi all. Anyone know when the $11,000 limit was set in legislation for renovations in QLD?
