Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Plantation Homes (Queensland) 130Jun 03, 2016 9:48 pm Thanks for that and yours looks really good! I wonder why ours was so expensive then because we are the standard 2100mm high. One side is 2600mm width and the other is 2300mm width, and both sides were between $2700-$2800 each for the Zipline. We decided to install during build in order to save post handover jobs. But definitely going crim safe or secureview for our front door after handover Re: Plantation Homes (Queensland) 131Jun 05, 2016 3:03 pm Hey. Today I just realised I haven't upgrade the alresco stacker doors to its 2340 height... It's still 2100. Should I leave it as it is or should I upgrade it. All my other doors are 2340h (butlers pantry, laundry etc.) Does it cost any money to amend the plans since I've submit to city council, sign electrical variation. I haven't signed my final pvc and haven't received my final drawings yet. And how much does it cost to upgrade? I have 2 stacker doors with 3 frames each side. (So 6) If u haven't finalised plans it will not cost you any extra to amend it... I cost us around 700 to upgrade 3 panel stacker to 2400mm high... Def worth it... Re: Plantation Homes (Queensland) 133Jun 20, 2016 6:09 pm Glad i read this, our corner stacker doors were also at 2100H. I have since requested this to be changed on our plans thinking it will be close to the $1k mark but have just beem told its $2.5k to upgrade. Re: Plantation Homes (Queensland) 134Aug 24, 2016 9:32 am Hey guys Does any one in the Brisbane region recall how much it was for Plantation to install owner supplied downlights? Im just looking over the electrical pricing list and the amount differs alot from what ive received from Your Home ($23, electrical planner) and the builders ($75) supplied price list. Im waiting on replies from both but wanted to see if anyone can answer this cause it would probably be tomorrow before I get an answer from either based on past experience Thanks Re: Plantation Homes (Queensland) 135Aug 24, 2016 12:43 pm NVLR Hey guys Does any one in the Brisbane region recall how much it was for Plantation to install owner supplied downlights?
