Have chosen everything and he is going to call SS to schedule a measure but really really happy with everything so far!! Got roller blinds for most with panel gliders on the corner stacker doors, complete block out in the media room and also sunscreen on the master and WIR! And the great part is we can add sunscreen to any window afterwards if we want! Happy camper right here! Hey Lexie, what blind company did you go with? Also how much to it cost for all that? Thanks in advance Re: Our Coral Homes Journey - Manhattan 25 586Jun 01, 2016 10:13 am Pulse123 Lexie85 Woohoo just had a meeting with a blinds company and really happy!! Thanks in advance Hey Pulse! We are going with Simply Shutters on the Central Coast. A really nice guy that owns the company and brought everything to our house to show us and choose as he doesn't have a showroom. For everything it's going to be $4,700 which we are really happy with! Really nice fabric choices as well, plus it should all be ready to go for when we get the keys, so no sheets for our windows!!! Re: Our Coral Homes Journey - Manhattan 25 587Jun 01, 2016 10:52 am vonsta76 The silk finish is lovely isnt it. I got mine in burnished wood. Unfortunately I copped the price increase so it was $1500 for the kitchen alone, but only les than $300 for bathroom and ensuite. The jericho really sets off the grainwork really well! Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens Gold Coast viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81406 $1500!!!! Wow!!! We only paid $298 for our kitchen!! That's a crazy price difference!!! And for our bathrooms it was only $104!! Re: Our Coral Homes Journey - Manhattan 25 588Jun 01, 2016 10:53 am Lexie85 So it's been another exciting day!! Well for me at least haha!! Hubby just called after a visit to the house and lots has gone on it seems!! We have tiles started, tap ware in, mirror wardrobe doors on and toilets installed!! And the most exciting part of all is that our back neighbour has started fencing!!! Fencing has been a big concern for hubby so to see someone else do it for him is like its Christmas lol!! We have been busting to see the floor tiles go down - we selected the same ones and they should be going in in a week or 2. THEY LOOK FANTASTIC!! I was ready to sign contracts prior to xmas but HO of course took their sweet time getting them done up that I finally got to only sign them a month after they came back from xmas break, and so no colour appointment until a month later, else I would have paid close to what you and most others would have. B R O N T E. 43 http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=79581 Hey MrsJM! I'm expecting the tiling to be what our kitchen plans say, so tiling on either side of the window and only on the wall end of the kitchen wall...does that make sense?? The end with our fridge space is a laminate that I don't think could hold the weight of the tiles and with the wall end being gyprock I would think they would protect that but I could very well be wrong! I've had a few surprises with this build so who knows hahaha!!! Re: Our Coral Homes Journey - Manhattan 25 596Jun 01, 2016 5:02 pm Lexie85 So it's been another exciting day!! It's so much better than what I could imagine! Every single aspect of this build that I have questioned, I have ended up being so happy with the outcome! I think I forgot to share that our main bathroom tiling was also done wrong on one of the walls but it turned out so much better that there was no question it was staying as is!! I think Coral have some magic powers or something!! It's like they secretly know what I really want so just take it upon themselves to make it happen lol!! But an extra bonus that I noticed the other day was that our island bench 40mm "lip" that we paid very little for is actually a full slab! Pretty happy with that too!! All and all I'm a very happy camper! Re: Our Coral Homes Journey - Manhattan 25 598Jun 01, 2016 5:13 pm Lexie85 Really happy Ryalls!!! It's so much better than what I could imagine!
