I know it'll be ammended in the final invoice, but I enquired about it today and our pre-start consultant didn't know what I on about? /quote] Hey guys, just wanted to re-flag this question in case it got scrolled through with all the other posts as i'm feeling super stuck SOS hah! I didn't pay any extra for price protection of the land if it doesn't title by mid Nov. then we pay about $400 extra each month it delays. But this is not in the contract in the HIA it states that's they have the right to terminate the contract... They don't terminate the contract they know land titling delays.. But prices do increase too... Re: Boutique Homes 2279May 26, 2016 9:01 am Hi Tina my price protection start3d Feb 2015 up to Dec 2015 which is the discounted price however my land got delayed and we have to revert to orginal contract price bec my title wont happen till June this year. Hopefully no more delays. --------------------------------------------- Building a St. Tropez 25 - Boutique Homes Aurora Estate Wollert - Victoria Re: Boutique Homes 2280May 26, 2016 9:04 am Our Pre Start didn't know what I was on about however back when we signed PWC, I clarified how much we were paying for this "price protection" and our New Homes Consultant send a screen shot which showed $6,006 over 6 months. I'm just not sure how it all works 10 15985 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 77390 |
