I had my colour appt today at Boutique and everything went great and my pre start consultant was excellent but on my way home i stopped by my section to see how it was progressing. To my shock horror there was a Sewer manhole on it! Is this normal? I haven't been told anything about this manhole by my developer and nor can I find anything mentioned in the land contract. Photos are attached. Would love to get some feedback. Wasn't it shown on the engineering plans from your developer? Bit annoyed two other boutique homes in our estate that started well after us (2-4 weeks after us) have now overtaken our build progress wise. Not sure why as our site supervisor doesn't return my calls. Fingers crossed brick work finished next week! That's what happened to us and we only found out through the tradesmen. When we contacted our client liaison officer she said that we will be advised shortly then 3 days later we got notified it was true. And you are lucky your bricks only sat there for 2 weeks, ours was delayed by 6 weeks due to not having a bricky available. We had our pre paint inspection yesterday and there were somethings that bothered me, but the laundry bulkhead has really annoyed me. Hubby told SS not to worry about fixing it and I'm saying no it's gotta get fixed as it looks awkward and I'm sure if it was in hubbys triple garage he would be cooking up a storm too. Does anyone see a problem with it, or am I just too fussy? Re: Boutique Homes 2020Apr 21, 2016 8:36 am Do you mean the bulkhead is sitting out in front of the cupboard? If so, that seems a little odd. I would ask for it to be fixed. 10 15993 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 77409 |
