Stage 2 has commenced construction and approvals have been received from Camden Council for the shopping centre, child care centre, Homeworld Display Village and McDonalds Restaurant. Next year we expect Stage 1 lot registrations to be finalised by March and soon after we will be welcoming our first families to Emerald Hills Estate. Fingers crossed we will move in for Christmas 17. I thought we wouldve been in by now... Same with Gregory Hills and Gledswood Hills. Decided to stay away from those areas for that reason only.
