Does anyone know what is going to be on the other side of Bligh street? On the riverstone development plan it shows half of it being drainage and the other half being development. Is this another development going behind Piccadilly? Thanks and we're looking forward to joining you all. Welcome abdm14! We are building an Eden Brae too. That's a good question... I ended up checking with my real estate who confirmed that the registration in August is still on tarck.... Hey FirsTimer, I called McGrath last week and got told the same thing - exciting times ahead. What design are you going with through Rawson? How did you guys find out your street name? We called McGrath at Rouse Hill and mentioned our lot number, and asked what the name of the street will be. We're on Street 1 which is going to be called Oberon St. First Home Buyer | Livingstone 22 Tender accepted 9/10/15 | Contract signed 30/10/15 | Colours selected 29/03/16 Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 36Feb 05, 2016 5:50 pm Has anyone else seen the land tax payable and know what it is? I thought this is only payable if the land is over $482,000. Ours is far less then this but they still have it in the contract. Did anyone else experience this? I spoke to the developer late last week and he said that they should be starting work early to mid March. Just waiting on council for approval to go ahead so hopefully we will see something in next few weeks. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 40Mar 07, 2016 9:04 pm Well I went to see the progress yesterday but there wasn't any progress or change to notice since I visited them 3-4 weeks ago, I also spoke with the real estate who confirmed that the delay is on council's part and developer may still be able to honour their commitment.
