Pretty sure we will go with Rawson's Huntley 27, though the Kingston 26 is also in contention. Trying to get it all sorted so they can start building ASAP after registration. Does anyone know whether we are zoned for Schofields or Riverstone PS? I can't find the info online and haven't got round to calling the schools yet. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 16Sep 21, 2015 3:57 pm Hi Firsthome , welcome to the forum. Do you have the latest plan of subdivision & final contours for consideration in your house design ? We also bought at Piccadilly and just have draft contours Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 17Sep 21, 2015 4:03 pm At the moment, just the draft contours. It looks like our block will be relatively flat - we're one of the small 315m2 on the Piccadilly St side so if anything it slopes away to the back. If the latest plan and contours are available though, would be great to get. Would the RE have them, or do we need to chase through solicitors? Hi, congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forum! We got draft contour plans through Eden Brae Homes as they sourced the land and found a plan for us to build. We are now in the process of finalising the tender. Seems like there's a difference of 0.5m on our block which shouldn't be an issue at all! In terms of schools, I would call both and see what zone we fall under - the estate seems to be positioned in the north of Schofields, but in the south of Riverstone.
