Re: Our build with SPH 14Jan 07, 2009 10:29 pm Latest update!
Construction department is back in the office next week... I expect we'll probably had our Pre-Handover meeting either late next week or early the following week. Timber floors are booked in for the 29th of Jan so we'd like the keys so we can paint the first couple of coats on the walls on the Australia Day long weekend before they arrive! Carpets booked for the 9th Feb, so IF all goes to schedule, we should be moving in around the weekend beginning 13th Feb. Woohoo!!!!! This is the latest pic of the front of the house: today the oven and rangehood went in, just need the hotplate and gas hws to be installed by the plumber and the doors to be hung with handles... then it's all finished! Few patchups and bits and pieces to raise at PHO but nothing major. Your house looks fantastic. You must be so excited about moving in. You have really put your colours together well. I'm having similar colour scheme in my kitchen and feeling a lot more confident about it no. Thanks for sharing. Re: Our build with SPH 19Jan 09, 2009 10:42 am starlet Latest update! Can we ask what colours you have used on your Roof/Gutters/Facia please, we are having a problem making our mind up on our external colours. Regards, Vid Re: Our build with SPH 20Jan 10, 2009 7:57 pm Thanks everyone for all the compliments! We're really excited. Pre Handover we're hoping will happen this week - we're aiming for Thursday
Colours on the front for those who were asking were: Window Frames: Anodic Natural Matt Colourbond Roof/Gutters/Fascia: Woodland Grey Render (all paints are 'Solver' brand): Oyster Linen (main colour) and Caribou (darker colour). The front door is also Caribou. Garage Door - Its a Centurian garage door and our addenda says the colour is 'Cedar Look-A-Like'... now that's an imaginative name!! The colour selection for the front was easy for us, we got the Addenda of the display home and copied the front colours exactly. The inside we worked through on our own though. Building the Grand Harmony Triple with Scott Park Homes Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 19864 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 24592 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 25183 |
