Thanks Mate!
Looking at what's happening with Mirz I'm more cautious and want to make sure they tell me what's going on here

Definately highlight it to your ss but make sure you keep your admin in loop. Because ss change any time and the easiest answer you will get from next ss will be im not aware of previous ss work. Its happened to me so just warning you about how henley works. Im so over it now Hopefully this week will hear something. Building Monaco Q2 with Henley in Wollert Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 with Henley Homes 287Jul 19, 2015 11:04 pm Arhhhhhhh That's no good Mate !! Not good to hear that Henley is taking things too casually close to the actual handover...I hope they realize the value of customer satisfaction and feedback sooner rather than later...huhhhhhhh Something that Carlisle has made a real good name for...yet to see that level of customer satisfaction coming from Henley Build thread of our Monaco Lux Q1 - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Update: Handover - 2 Sep Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 with Henley Homes 288Jul 20, 2015 8:20 am Dreamz9 I hope i had moved in. I gave up at the end as our tenants had to reschedule their interstate move three times. Henley wasn't doing anything in last few months anyway. We had three supervisors and will blame Henley management to screw up whole construction process for us. It's not just matter of staying back and let them finish all left over work, you will find no one will turn up on your site to do anything for a month. It's not as smooth as sounds but good luck with NHP. Hope you'll have better experience than us. Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 with Henley Homes 289Jul 20, 2015 8:43 am I hope not Mirz... I've been happy with our SS thus far and would like him to complete the job for us as well ! But at the end it's not something under our control Build thread of our Monaco Lux Q1 - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Update: Handover - 2 Sep Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 with Henley Homes 290Jul 20, 2015 8:49 am Something that has not been looking good to my eyes is this area of the garage... Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Is it supposed to look like this ? I would have thought only 1 wall needs to be bricked and rest all plastered... Has anyone had a similar thing in their plan ? That's what I would've thought.. Do you have a similar garage Dreamz ? I'm also surprised at the steel finished garage exit door..is that meant to be like that ?? All my walls are plastered. The only area where bricks are visible is small wall next to roller door. And also there is no steel around the door as far as i remember. Will take pics on the weekend. Also our houses should be almost same except that your one has kids retreat and my one doesnt. And my one has extra powder room. My site start was last week of February. Fixing stage invoice was paid on 8th May and after that nothing has happened. Everything went from so quick to snails pace. I have had 1 ss change and then next one took his time to know the job. My NHP was 2nd July and don't know when the handover will be.
