We are thinking to do it in that white contrast banding this time. At times i think maybe do in chocolate banding. Re: Simonds Sanctuary in Brisbane- Lock up stage-PICS! 73Jun 03, 2015 1:02 am It's amazing. Super unusual Re: Simonds Sanctuary in Brisbane- Lock up stage-PICS! 74Jun 08, 2015 3:22 pm PCI was completed 2 weeks ago and last week Simonds have managed to replace ×2 chipped vanity caesarstone tops and guess what!, they broke ensuite mirror in the process😠. It never ends!, Anyway it is just a mirror, it will be replaced this week. We went on Saturday expecting the house to be locked up and guess what!, garage back door was not locked so we quickly got in and inspected. Paint touch ups' all done nicely now, chipped floor tile replaced, missing tile to ensuite shower done, missing butlers sink tap installed. Second coat of paint and door handles to kids WIR still not done, water and sewer pipes not connected yet as Simonds wants us to pay $1250 for plumbing when all the builders do it for free when you get your sewerage system done outside the contract. Taylex installed a underground 31500l water tank and sewerage system for us and according to them they have never had any issues with a builder refusing to connect the pipes to the house. Hubby had a chat with Simonds and they refused unless we pay them so we arr just going to do pay so we can move on to the next thing. Simonds have only 2 weeks left maximum time to finish the build as per contract. Our last walkthrough inspection and handover with SS is supposed to be this week but considering today is a public holiday, not sure it is going to happen. Did not get a chance to take many photos but as hubby was rushing to go!, managed to take only these!
