There was, from my perspective great progress on bricks. But, also challenging and goes with my comment about right hand not talking to the left hand.
Due to the boundary wall problem that I have which will be fixed but not right now. Also, a bit of common sense helps... they've had to take off some of the roof trusses to assist the brickie in completing his work. Now I understand why that is the case but you would think the guys who put up the frames would also have thought about it. Clearly not as straight forward when the trades come and go at different times during your build. Not blaming any of them and sometimes timing is very important to keep the ball rolling without delays.
the PVC shielding i was on about in a prior post on termite protection, another black shielding material is laid on top of that before the second course of bricks go on.
this is me standing in the front room without the roof trusses and bedroom 2's window finally installed
the wall in the alfresco technically is complete but I think it keeps going up from here (if you can find my prior posts without bricks looking onto the alfresco it gives you an idea on how it is all put together with drop edge beams etc
all the roof trusses taken off the room next to the alfresco and cast aside
front part of the house but now roof trusses gooooone
