We are building with a small family builder and our slab had similar defects and we were told it will be smoothed over. That sounds promising. emailed builder with photos and they have confirmed that it would be addressed. Sahara Q1 build - Slabbed 494Oct 21, 2014 7:01 am had a discussion with site supervisor and he assured these minor defects will be all rectified when brickies will be on site. So far very pleased with our supervisor, gives us regular updates and acting quickly on every concern. They have put soil all around slab with a slope. It was recommended in slab design document by engineer. Our frame is now scheduled for this Wednesday. This means extra three days for slab cute, yuppppie.
