Looks gre 572Jul 26, 2014 6:36 pm Omg I love the metallic feature tiles. We looked at them for a long time they were on our list of must have items as a feature in our bathrooms but we decided to keep it simple and not go for any feature tiles. They look amazing big thumbs up from me Design by Greater Concept - modified version Evolution Court Build by Premiere Homes My build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64854 Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Tiling finished. Looks gre 573Jul 26, 2014 7:04 pm Wow guys, thanks. Some people take cues from show homes and pinterest etc. Pretty much everything we chose was our own idea. Without being able to see similar things beforehand is a bit of a gamble but we're ever so pleased with the results so far. Just the bright blue door to go! butterbing, you know a thing or two about about having faith in your choices. It feels good when something turns out well, doesn't it? Looks gre 575Jul 26, 2014 7:39 pm Are those shower hobs common where you are? I've never seen them in Victoria. They are generally either full walk in (with aluminium angle) or one piece polymarble where we are. The hob seems to take up a lot of space? Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Tiling finished. They are pretty much in every home in WA unless you've asked for hobless which actually costs extra Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Tiling finished. Looks gre 578Jul 26, 2014 8:51 pm Thanks for the info. I thought the hobless would cost more otherwise why would you? Tripping hazard, less floor space, more grout and cleaning? Just seems like a terrible design. How much more for hobless? The odd thing is I would think it would cost more in labour to build it with a hob! Aluminium angles are pretty cheap! Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Tiling finished. Looks gre 579Jul 26, 2014 10:05 pm It's funny how different building is between states, feels like a different country! I think it's about $1300 for a hobless shower but depends on builder.
